October 12 – Historic preservation consultant, Christine Dalton, AICP, will outline the City of St. Cloud’s processes and approach to historic preservation, historic resources, and potential funding opportunities for building rehabilitation. This information is especially useful for owners of historic buildings, business owners within the historic district, and realtors working within St. Cloud’s historic district.

Join us as we welcome Brian from the website Locable.com Brian started Locable to equip local businesses, nonprofits and civic organizations to effectively share their story aka improve their marketing. Having grown up in the small gold rush town of Placerville, CA, which has a quintessential Main Street, he saw how the community could come together and that left an indelible impression. Meanwhile, he saw how friends and family who owned local businesses struggled with marketing… and that was before the Internet.
