Façade Grants
Members are eligible to receive façade grants from the St. Cloud Main Street Program. The Grant program is a 50/50 matching funds plan (up to a designated amount) for owners and/or merchants to make improvements to their property. Grant monies can be used for many items, including exterior painting, awnings, signage, windows and more.
Newsletter
Members receive a monthly newsletter, keeping them informed on the current activities of the Main Street, its members, and our community.
Website
All St. Cloud Main Street Members are listed on the official website. Members are also able to link to their websites for free!
Annual Meeting
Being a part of an organization means staying informed. All paid members of St. Cloud Main Street will receive an invitation to attend the Annual Meeting. This meeting will update members on our past achievements and our future dreams. Also featured during this meeting is the election of officers - remember, your vote counts!
Committees
An important aspect of becoming a member is becoming involved. Membership allows you to join in a committee of choice, and participate hands-on with the revitalization of your downtown community. By joining a committee you become exposed to new networking opportunities.
Member of the Month
Each month, a member is selected to receive the Main Street Member of the Month award. Awardees are chosen for their above-and beyond involvement with the program.
Event Booth Discounts
St. Cloud Main Street hosts seven community events throughout each year as well as a weekly Farmer’s Market. As a member you will receive direct discounts when interested in setting up at the events. Your average savings can amount to $150.00.
